Greg Morley is Director, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits and HR Services for Hong Kong Disneyland and has a wealth of human resources experience within The Walt Disney Company.

Morley joined Hong Kong Disneyland in 2005 prior to the opening of the resort as the Director, HR Services.  Since then, his role has expanded and he is responsible for all operational human resources activities such as staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee recognition and reward programs and employee activities for the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, which includes a Disneyland-styled theme park and two hotels with a total of 1,000 rooms.

Prior to assuming his position at Hong Kong Disneyland, Morley was Director of Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Development for Disneyland Resort Paris. He was instrumental in supporting the successful turnaround of the resort, launching a new stock option plan and management incentive program. Morley also worked in Paris as Director of the Disney University in support of the launch of the Walt Disney Studios Park in April, 2002.

Prior to his relocation to Paris, Morley led the Recruitment team at the Disneyland Resort in California.  The team successfully delivered the necessary staffing to double the size of the resort hiring 16,000 Cast Members in 2000 to support the launch of a second theme park, third hotel and entertainment complex.

Morley led a team of human resources professionals responsible for the recruitment and shipboard HR support at Disney Cruise Line. He was also responsible for the support of the launch of Disney’s second ship and ongoing human resources operations of the two ship company.

Morley has held positions at Walt Disney World as Manager, Human Resources for Epcot and Manager, College and International Recruiting for the Resort.

Prior to Disney, Morley spent eight years with General Electric in a variety of roles including distribution, sales and marketing.   He led the business re-engineering and integration efforts for the Florida region and was specially recognized for his achievement in that area.

Morley earned his Bachelor Degree in Economics and English Literature from the University of Richmond.  Morley holds an MBA and a Masters in Human Resources degree from Rollins College. He enjoys traveling, hiking and sports.
